How I support client A -
Professional Chef
Initially, I came into the business primarily to support administration and client communication. I was the first point of contact for wedding clients and managed everything from planning support and venue coordination through to supplier communication and operational organisation.
Coordinated wedding planning alongside Client A, ensuring timelines, logistics, and requirements were fully aligned. I Liaised directly with venues to confirm kitchen suitability, access arrangements, power supply, space requirements, and operational logistics well in advance.
Coordinated with hire companies to arrange equipment, crockery, glassware, staffing support, and event logistics.
Managed day-to-day business administration, including quotes, brochures, client documentation, and ongoing operational support behind the scenes.
Implemented streamlined systems and processes to improve communication, planning, workflow management, and overall organisation.
Very quickly, I realised there was an opportunity to restructure the service model in a way that benefited both the business and the clients.
Client A knew she wanted to grow, but she also recognised that the physical side of the industry wouldn’t be sustainable forever.
So together, we explored ways to diversify and future-proof the business. One strategy I introduced was tiered wedding planning packages.
The results of working together
Client A no longer needed to manage constant admin, enquiries, or day-to-day client communication.
Gained back valuable time and mental capacity to focus on cooking, creativity, and delivering exceptional wedding experiences.
The business was able to scale and take on more weddings, larger-scale events, and higher-value corporate work without operational overwhelm.
Capacity was created meaning she could expand into retreats and explore additional revenue streams within the business.
Regular strategy and brainstorming sessions allowed the business to focus on long-term growth, development, and future opportunities.
Systems, structure, and operational support created a smoother client experience and a more scalable business overall.
